How this site calculates it

The separation from the Sun is below the Surya Siddhanta orb: Mars 17°, Mercury 14° (12° retrograde), Jupiter 11°, Venus 10° (8° retrograde), Saturn 15°.

For Muhurat, Guru and Shukra asta is not taken from these orbs but from the rising and setting rule of the official Rashtriya Panchang at its central station (asta while the Sun is less than 8.5° for Jupiter, 6° for Venus, below the horizon both at the planet's rising before sunrise and at its setting after sunset), so Muhurat asta dates can differ from the orb-based combustion by a few days, for Venus by up to about two weeks.
