नागेन्द्रहाराय त्रिलोचनाय भस्माङ्गरागाय महेश्वराय ।nāgendrahārāya trilocanāya bhasmāṅgarāgāya maheśvarāya |

दिव्याय देवाय दिगम्बराय तस्मै यकाराय नमः शिवाय ॥divyāya devāya digambarāya tasmai yakārāya namaḥ śivāya ||
Phala-shruti
पञ्चाक्षरमिदं पुण्यं यः पठेच्छिवसन्निधौ ।pañcākṣaramidaṃ puṇyaṃ yaḥ paṭhecchivasannidhau |
शिवलोकमवाप्नोति शिवेन सह मोदते ॥śivalokamavāpnoti śivena saha modate ||
The Roman line is IAST transliteration derived from the Devanagari (ā = long a, ṃ = anusvara, ḥ = visarga, ś/ṣ = sh sounds, c = ch as in “church”). In Hindi, Awadhi and Braj texts the silent final “a” is dropped. Transliteration does not show Vedic accents.
