ਰੋਮਨ ਲਾਈਨ ਦੇਵਨਾਗਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ IAST ਲਿਪੀਅੰਤਰਣ ਹੈ (ā = ਲੰਮਾ a, ṃ = ਅਨੁਸਵਾਰ, ḥ = ਵਿਸਰਗ, ś/ṣ = ‘ਸ਼’ ਧੁਨੀਆਂ, c = ‘ਚ’)। ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਅਵਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਜ ਪਾਠਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਲਾ ਮੂਕ “a” ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਲਿਪੀਅੰਤਰਣ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਸੁਰ-ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ।
