The service

The site provides calculated Panchang data, festival and vrat dates, Muhurat searches, Kundli and Kundli Milan, Rashifal, Vastu guidance and related articles. Calculations follow the documented methodology; traditional interpretations are provided for information and spiritual guidance.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Enter birth details of other people only when you have their permission or the authority to do so (for example as a parent or guardian).
• We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the service, for example through automated scraping or attempts to break security.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site's operation, security or other users.
• Do not use automated means to extract data at a volume that burdens the service.
• Articles and page text are protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution.

Paid reports and services

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; a purchase is completed only after the payment has been verified on our server.
• A paid digital report is delivered to your account once generated. If a report cannot be generated because of a fault on our side, contact support for a regeneration or refund.
• Refund requests are handled through support and assessed case by case in line with applicable law.

Astrologer consultations

Where offered, consultations are provided by independent astrologers who have been verified by the operator. A request is not a booking: the astrologer first confirms, after which payment is requested. Advice given in a consultation is the astrologer's own.

Accuracy and liability

We take care to calculate correctly and to state the rules used, but results depend on the tradition, calculation profile, location and input data, and may differ from other Panchangs. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the content; see the disclaimer.
