Traditional interpretation
In Gochar the transiting grahas are traditionally counted from the natal Moon sign (and, when known, from the Lagna). Each graha has houses that are traditionally regarded as favourable for its transit.
These readings are general guidelines. Classical texts refine them with vedha (obstruction), ashtakavarga and the running dasha, which is why transits are read together with the whole chart.
Traditions may vary by region and Panchang convention. Times are shown for the selected place, time zone and calculation profile.
Traditional devotional content for the nine grahas
Some Jyotish traditions associate these practices with a graha. They are described as traditional practices; no result is guaranteed, and they are not a substitute for medical, financial or other professional advice.
