ರೋಮನ್ ಸಾಲು ದೇವನಾಗರಿಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ IAST ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರ (ā = ದೀರ್ಘ ಆ, ṃ = ಅನುಸ್ವಾರ, ḥ = ವಿಸರ್ಗ, ś/ṣ = ಶ/ಷ, c = ಚ). ಹಿಂದಿ, ಅವಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ರಜ್ ಪಠ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪದಾಂತ್ಯದ ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸದ “a” ಬಿಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಲಿಪ್ಯಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದಿಕ ಸ್ವರಗಳು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
